2010-2011 Season Registration

Teams are now being filled for the Fall 2010 season.  If you are interested in having your child play in the fall, please send in your registration today.  If teams are filled, any new children will be added to the waiting list.  

We are regularly in need of Coaches and Asst Coaches at the U6, U8 Boys, U8 Girls, U10 Boys, U12 Girls and U12 Boys levels.  Training is free and easy to accomplish!  Please consider volunteering so that we can give all of the kids a chance to play this season.

U6 -  8/1/04-7/31/05  or 4 1/2 by 8/1/2010
U8 -  8/1/02-7/31/04
U10 - 8/1/2000-7/31/02
U12 - 8/1/98-7/31/2000
U14 - 8/1/96-7/31/98
U19 - 8/1/94-7/31/96
VIP -  our special needs teams are a combination of age groups based on the evaluation by the coaches.


In order to register, you'll need to
  1. Please pre-register at http://www.eAYSO.org.  This will give you full access to what eAYSO has to offer, and will allow you to print a prefilled registration form.
  2. Print TWO (2) copies of the Player Registration Form for each player. Be sure to include your player’s uniform size on the form.  If you cannot register on www.eAYSO.org, a blank registration form can be found on this site.
  3. We are in need of Referees and Coaches. If you would be able to volunteer for one of these positions, please download TWO (2) copies of the volunteer form and indicate one or both positions.  Without enough coaches and referees, we will be forced to start a waiting list!
  4. Print and sign the Parent Signoff form.
  5. Write a check for the fees listed below.
  6. Send all the the forms along with your check to

No registration will be accepted without all the forms and fees submitted. 

Fees 
1 player - $135
2 players - $250
3 players - $350
4 players - $450
$100 per child thereafter

VIP - $75 per player

U16 and U19 - $90 per player  (U16 and U19 only play one season - girls play in the fall, boys play in the spring)
