Note: A newsletter was mailed out 8/11/08 to all AYSO families. Located on each individual family newsletter is the name of the coach and his or her phone number.
If the coach has not contacted you yet, please contact the coach.
At the time the newsletter was sent out all coaches listed were correct, but as of 8/17, there have been some corrections.
Please be patient, your coaches will be contacting you within the next week.

Come out and watch the Chicago Fire play LA Galaxy on September 25th.
THis will be your only chance to see David Beckham in Chicago in 2008!

2008-2009 Season Registration |
|
Registration is open for the 2008 fall/spring season.
You'll need to
- Print TWO (2) copies of the player form for each player. Be sure to include your player’s uniform size on the form.
- If you would like to volunteer (coach, asst. coach, etc.) print TWO (2) copies of the volunteer form for yourself, fill out completely, including emergency contact, years of experience, etc..
- Print and sign the Parent Sign Off form.
- Print and sign the Kidzone Pledge form.
- Write a check for the fees listed below.
- Send all the the forms along with your check to

No registration will be accepted without all the forms and fees submitted. If your child is 4.5 to 6 years of age, please read the guidelines for this division and submit accordingly.
Fees: $115/first child, $110/second child, and $105/each child after two.

AYSO is a volunteer organization, so chances are that something you think should be done doesn’t have someone available to do it. We have volunteers who work hard to ensure the players can play in a safe, fair, fun environment. They handle the formation of teams, the distribution of uniforms and equipment, the scheduling of fields, games, referees, training, tournaments, special programs, clinics, summer camps, etc. etc. etc. Not to mention the wonderful folks who give up a their time and energy to coach our wonderful children. The coaches and referees are volunteers, and all the staff who hold this organization together are volunteers. You could be a volunteer, too!
Please see the contacts page to see a partial list of the volunteers. Perhaps one of them can address your specific concern. You can also see the volunteers page under the “Region” menu to see our current needs for volunteers. Finally, you can contact our Volunteer Coordinator to find the exciting opportunity best suited to your volunteering needs!

How do I become a volunteer? |
|
VOLUNTEERS are needed to run all aspects of AYSO. Your participation is necessary to ensure you child has a FUN, FAIR and SAFE environment to play soccer.
Volunteers are need to coach, assistant coach, referee, other Board Member volunteer positions need to be filled also: Division Coordinators, Tournament Coordinator, Sponsorship Coordinator.
To become a volunteer for your team, ask your coach. To become a coach or assistant coach, contact Bob Wiacek . To become a referee, contact Mike Battaglia. To learn more about becoming a AYSO Region 396 Board Member, contact Mark Delamar. Please call the Hotline and leave a message with your request.
